Delivery was super fast, and the item came nicely wrapped with a complimentary gift and a personal note. The quality of the item met my expectations for Rab clothing.

I've picked up several kayak products from this place, both in-store and online. I also joined Pete Baars' sea kayak demo weekend, which is totally worth it if you're looking for a new sea kayak. In the end, I ended up purchasing two North Shore Voyager kayaks from the shop. The service is always friendly and top-notch!

Incredible service experience. We reached Holyhead on our way to Ireland, and my husband decided to go for a morning bike ride only to discover he had left his skewer behind. I found these folks on Google, and they really saved the day for him. Huge thanks, and I definitely recommend them. A happy husband means a happy wife!

I got myself a set of Park Tool hex wrenches, but one of 'em broke when I was using it, so I sent it back for a replacement. That was in February, and even though they assured me over the phone that it would be taken care of, here we are in October and still no sign of it. I followed up this week, talked to a staff member, and they promised to call me back that same day, but guess what? Still waiting.

Pete really went above and beyond to assist us in renting his kayaks for the day. We thought we’d have to shell out for delivery, but he brought them over at no cost, which was just awesome! It was a top-notch customer experience, and he’s a great guy! The rental prices were the lowest around, and the kayaks were in excellent condition. He made sure everyone in our group had the right size and that we were all comfy. We’ve already decided we’ll be reaching out to him again on our next visit. Thanks a ton, Summit to Sea!! :)

As always, the advice and support are top-notch. The staff are super friendly and make you feel right at home. They've got a solid selection of quality gear. Definitely my go-to spot for outdoor fun!

We were looking to buy a chamber that my 93-year-old mom could use to hopefully boost her cognitive abilities. The initial chamber we got was too difficult for her to enter and exit. Bruce and Judy were incredibly supportive and kind while helping us find a more suitable option, even after our 15-day return period had passed. I can't express how great these folks are.

They had the saddle I was looking for available, super simple to order, and it showed up the very next day. Great work! 👍

Finding DT Swiss special grease in the UK is a real challenge; I searched high and low for ages. Luckily, Summit to Sea had it available and sent it out fast.

The custom receipt included in the package is a lovely detail too, I’d surely shop here again.

I visited this shop today to check out some jackets. The guy who helped us was super friendly and really informative to both me and my husband. I ended up purchasing a Rab jacket that I'm really happy with, and I’ll surely return for more items. I would definitely suggest this place!

I called the store yesterday to ask about a jacket, and the guy I talked to was super helpful. He was straightforward and took the time to explain everything about a Montane Anti Freeze jacket that caught my eye, but I was a bit unsure about the fit. He promised me that if it didn’t work out, I could just send it back for a full refund. I placed my order yesterday afternoon, and it showed up this morning—I'm really happy with it! This is exactly the kind of service I appreciate when shopping for outdoor gear. I’ll be recommending this to everyone; it’s top-notch.
